Step 2 - Concept development After receiving a deposit from the client to begin concept development, we work up multiple designs for the client to review. As we begin looking at the project in more detail, we create interface design options and discuss any technological issues in greater depth. This phase concludes when the client approves one of the project concepts we have prepared, along with first-draft copy, whether supplied by the client or written in-house.
