Step 1 - Defining objectives In this stage, we discuss the client's needs - what they have in mind and when they hope to get it done. This includes developing a rough site map, agreeing on a timeline for the project, and discussing what types of technologies, such as e-commerce features or databases, will be used. This phase ends with client approval of our written proposal.
